Offers aimed at the right customers

A feature

With Tracksies HQ installed, target rewards at customers by tag, and send a time-limited bonus to the ones who have gone quiet.

A loyalty programme on its own can only see one thing about a customer: what they have spent. That is a narrow view, and it treats two customers with identical totals as identical people.

Tracksies HQ knows considerably more. With both installed, Perkie can act on it.

Offers by tag

HQ lets you tag customers however your business actually thinks about them. Trade accounts. Local pickup regulars. The ones who only ever buy gifts. The one who needs their order packed a particular way.

Perkie can target offers at those tags. So a reward can go to a group you have defined for your own reasons, rather than to everyone or to a tier.

This is what tags are for. Most shops build up a sensible tagging habit in HQ and then have nothing that acts on it. Being able to point a reward at a tag turns the tagging from record-keeping into something operational.

Reaching customers who have gone quiet

The more valuable half.

HQ can tell that a customer who used to order regularly has stopped. That is a genuinely useful signal and it is hard to spot by eye, because nothing happens when a customer stops buying. There is no event, no notification, and no order to notice. They simply fade, and by the time you think of them it has been eight months.

Perkie acts on it: a time-limited bonus in a win-back email, with a deadline, awarded automatically when they place their next order.

The three details that make it work are all in that sentence. Time-limited, because an open-ended offer creates no reason to act now. Awarded on the next order, so it costs you nothing unless it works. And automatic, so nobody is watching for the return and applying anything by hand.

You control the amount, the deadline, and how often a given customer can receive one, which is the setting that stops a win-back offer becoming a standing discount for people who learned to wait for it.

Without HQ

None of this appears, and everything else in Perkie works normally. Perkie keeps its own customer records and does not depend on HQ.

This is the pattern across the Tracksies plugins: each one does its job alone, and each gets better when a sibling is present. Nothing is withheld from Perkie to sell you HQ. The connection is simply there when both are.
