Add Perkie to Tracksies HQ and a new side of the customer appears on their profile: how they have taken part in your rewards. The surveys they have answered, the prize draws they have entered, each shown with the label you gave it. There is a Perkie figure in HQ’s intel panel too.
So when you are looking at a customer, you see not only what they bought but how they have engaged: which survey they filled in, which draw they went for. The participation side of the relationship, sitting next to the commercial side.
Why it’s worth having
The customers who answer your surveys and enter your draws are telling you they are invested. Seeing that on the profile, beside their orders, helps you pick out the regulars worth looking after and gives you a reason to reach back out.
