A review a customer leaves appears on their HQ profile, matched to them by the email they used. Site reviews land in the interaction timeline alongside the orders and notes, so a bit of praise, or a grumble, sits in the same story as the purchase it came from. Moderate the review later and the timeline keeps step.

Why it’s worth having
A review read on its own is a data point. The same review read next to "third order this year, spent six hundred dollars, one support ticket ever" is a person. When a regular leaves a two-star, that is exactly the context you want before you reply, and it is already on the screen you opened.
