I’m Sarah. I built Tracksies because I couldn’t find what I needed for my own clients.

For the last decade I’ve been running A Lined Design, a web design and development studio out of Hobart. That’s thousands of hours sitting with shop owners, association directors and service business owners; watching how information moves through their businesses, where it gets stuck, and which decisions get a whole lot easier when the right data lands in the right place at the right time. My background in law and regulatory compliance sharpened the lens. You learn quickly that good systems make the right thing easy and the wrong thing obvious.

Tracksies is what came out of all that listening.

This about page is, admittedly, a bit undercooked. Deliberately so. Every spare hour has gone into the plugins themselves: the features, the docs, the design system, the bits nobody sees but everybody benefits from. A proper version of this page is on the list. Eventually. Maybe.

What I care about is making products that put a small bit of joy in your day and then get out of the way so you can do the job you actually came here to do. Beautiful, functional, a pleasure to use. That’s the whole brief.
