I had been patching together review tools for years and none of them felt quite right for my store. Trustie changed that. One thing worth mentioning is how responsive Sarah (the developer) is. It’s clear she really cares about the plugin and the people using it, which makes a big difference, especially with a newer tool.

Overall, it’s a really solid option if you want something simple, well thought out, and genuinely useful. It’s a great alternative to all of the Saas-based options out there.
