You’re building your shop in Bricks. You want HQ’s storefront features to feel like part of the page, not a foreign body inserted with a shortcode you can’t see in the editor.
The Bricks integration registers HQ’s storefront blocks as native Bricks elements. They appear in the element panel under the Tracksies category, with controls in the side pane and live preview in the canvas.
What’s available today
Returns Policy. Drop it on any template and pick a variant:
- Page variant renders your store-wide returns policy. Use it on a dedicated Returns page, in your footer, anywhere you want a single policy.
- Product variant auto-detects the current product when used inside a Single Product Bricks template. Drop the element once, and every product page shows that product’s resolved policy (per-product override, then category override, then store-wide default). On non-product pages, it gracefully falls back to the store-wide policy.
No manual Product ID entry. The element looks at where it’s rendered and picks up the right product context.
How the integration is wired
In Settings > Integrations, you’ll see a Bricks toggle in the Tracksies HQ section. The integration auto-enables on first admin load when Bricks is detected, so most shops don’t need to touch it. If you’d rather keep using shortcodes, flip the toggle off and the elements stop registering.
The element renders through HQ’s existing shortcode handler, which means anything you can do with [tracksies_returns_policy] you can do with the Bricks element, and vice versa. Switch between them at any time.
More elements coming
Returns Policy is the first HQ element. As more HQ features get a public-facing surface (storefront aliases, customer-facing dashboards, store alerts), they’ll get native Bricks elements alongside the existing shortcodes. Existing pages built with shortcodes keep working the whole time.
If you also use Trustie Pro or Packsie
Each Tracksies plugin ships its own Bricks elements independently. Trustie Pro adds the review surfaces (Reviews, Review Form, Q&A, Google Reviews, Testimonials, etc.). Packsie adds the staff dashboard. They all share the same Tracksies category in the Bricks element picker, so you find them together when you’re laying out a page.
Why it’s a separate toggle
Some shops use Bricks; some don’t. Cluttering the Bricks element panel with elements you’ll never use is friction without benefit. Same on the flip side: if you’re a Bricks shop, having to embed shortcodes into a Code element feels off-pattern. The toggle lets each side of the room have what they want.
