This is the question Squizzie was built to answer, and the one nothing else could.
Form Conversion Rate is your form submissions over your Analytics sessions, as a percentage. Half of it comes from your site and half from Google, and it means nothing without both.
It reads the forms you already use
Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, and Contact Form 7 when Flamingo is installed. Contact Form 7 stores nothing itself, so Flamingo is what holds the entries and Flamingo is what Squizzie needs.
You choose which forms count, and your own test addresses can be left out, so a fortnight of checking your own contact page doesn’t flatter the figure.
It won’t guess
On a site with forms but no Analytics connected, this doesn’t show a zero and it doesn’t show an empty box. It says it needs both halves and tells you which one is missing.
A zero would be a lie with a number on it, and somebody would plan around it.
Why it’s worth watching
A contact form is the cheapest lead you’ll ever get, and almost nobody knows their rate. Whether it moved when you redesigned the page, whether it drops on mobile, whether the month you doubled your traffic doubled your enquiries: all answerable once the figure exists.
