Squizzie is usually described as a WooCommerce tool, and on a shop that’s mostly what it is. But the shop sources are optional.
On a site with no WooCommerce, the order, product and customer sources simply don’t register. Nothing breaks, nothing shows an empty tile, and the list of things you can report on is simply shorter.
What’s left is still a lot
Google Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile and PageSpeed. Contact form submissions and site search. Reviews and testimonials if you run Trustie. Support if you run Helpie.
For a brochure site, a consultancy or a service business, that covers most of what there is to know: how people found you, what they searched for, whether they got in touch, and what they said afterwards.
The question it answers for a non-shop
"How are my contact forms doing against my traffic" is a better question for a service business than it is for a shop, because there the form is the sale.
