Yes. Perkie sits on top of WooCommerce, so points, tiers and rewards all hang off your real orders and customers.
How do customers earn points?
On the actions you choose: orders, reviews, sign-ups, referrals and the odd celebration like an anniversary. You set what earns what.
Can I run VIP tiers?
Yep. Build tiers with their own perks and point multipliers (a Gold customer might earn 1.5× on everything), and Perkie bumps people up as they go.
Does Perkie work with the other Tracksies?
That’s the point of it. A review in Trustie can become points in Perkie, HQ sees who your regulars are, and Packsie flags a VIP right at the packing bench. It works on its own too, if you’re starting there.
Where does my customer data live?
On your server, always. Perkie is self-hosted, so your customers, their points and their history stay with you and never get rented back.
