Open a customer in Tracksies HQ and you see their orders, their tags, their history. Add Trustie and something new shows up on the same screen: what they have actually said about you.
A review a customer leaves appears on their HQ profile, matched to them by the email they used. Site reviews land in the interaction timeline alongside the orders and notes, so a bit of praise, or a grumble, sits in the same story as the purchase it came from. Moderate the review later and the timeline keeps step.
This is the shape of the whole family: each plugin you add makes the customer record richer, in the same place, without wiring anything up. Trustie is the one that brings their words.
Why it’s worth having
A review read on its own is a data point. The same review read next to "third order this year, spent six hundred dollars, one support ticket ever" is a person. When a regular leaves a two-star, that’s exactly the context you want before you reply, and it’s already on the screen you opened.
