A loyalty programme is easy to run and hard to judge. You can see that points are going out, and you can see that some people are redeeming them, but whether the whole thing is paying for itself is a question that usually goes unanswered because the numbers live in one plugin and everything you would compare them against lives somewhere else.
Run Perkie and Squizzie together and that stops being true. Perkie registers two data sources with Squizzie, loyalty and referrals, and fourteen tiles you can drop into any report.
What you get
On the loyalty side: points earned, points redeemed, points expired, points in circulation, redemption rate, average balance per customer, active members, and tier distribution.
On the referral side: referrals, referrals completed, referrals pending, referral conversion rate, revenue from referrals, and your top referrers.
Why it’s worth having
Points in circulation is a liability. It’s money you have promised and not yet paid, and it grows quietly. Sitting it next to your redemption rate tells you whether that liability is likely to be claimed or whether you’re accruing a number nobody is coming back for.
Revenue from referrals is the one most programmes never measure at all, because it needs the referral record and the order record in the same place. With both plugins running, it’s a tile.
And because these sit in the same report as your WooCommerce orders and your Google Analytics figures, you can put them side by side. Whether tier distribution shifted after you changed the thresholds. Whether the month you ran a points bonus actually moved revenue, or just moved points.
Where it shows up
Anywhere Squizzie reports. The dashboard, a report you compose yourself, the branded PDF, the scheduled email summary, and the Google Sheets export with its running log tabs.
That last one matters for loyalty more than for most things, because a programme is judged over quarters rather than weeks. A monthly export that keeps appending gives you the trend without anyone having to remember to take a snapshot.
Turning it on
Nothing to configure. Install both and the sources appear in Squizzie’s list when you build a report. If you only run one of the two, nothing breaks and nothing is offered.
