Meet Packsie

Tracksies HQ + Packsie = Desk and Bench

Why they're sold together

Packsie can’t run without HQ, which is the whole reason this exists.

Tracksies HQ is the one you live in. Customer profiles, the packing queue, returns, the emails and PDFs that go out with your name on them. Packsie is the part your staff live in: a page on your own site where they pack orders, process returns and check shipments, with no WordPress login between them and the job.

Packsie adds a dollar or two a year to the price of Tracksies HQ, plus its own setup fee in the first year. That’s the staff dashboard.

One person, lots of ways they might turn up. Stitched to the same profile, quietly, in the background.
The bubble-wrap-not-paper, allergic-to-fragrance, paid-by-bank-transfer layer. Things your team should remember.

Frequently Asked Questions

Tracksies HQ and Packsie, bought together. HQ is the side you work in: customer profiles, the packing queue, returns, and the branded emails and PDFs that go out with your name on them. Packsie is the side your staff work in, a page on your own site for packing orders, processing returns and checking shipments. They’re sold together because Packsie needs HQ to run. Tracksies HQ and Packsie each have their own page if you want the detail.

Yes, and not as a recommendation. Packsie looks for HQ when it loads and stops if it isn’t there, with a notice saying it’s waiting for the rest of the team.

HQ holds the dashboards, and Packsie holds everything around them for your staff: the Packer and Manager roles, who’s allowed to do what, the PIN gate, and the audit log. HQ works on its own. Packsie doesn’t, which is why they’re sold as a pair.

You can, and it’s the right choice if you already own Tracksies HQ. Packsie has its own page. Starting from scratch, you can begin with Tracksies HQ on its own and add Packsie when you have staff packing orders, or get both at once here.

Yes. Both plugins check for it and neither runs without it. Packsie’s dashboards are built around WooCommerce orders, and HQ builds its customer profiles from them.

On the yearly price, a dollar or two, depending on the size you choose. The first year costs more than that, because each plugin has its own one-off setup fee and the bundle doesn’t combine them. From the first renewal on, that dollar or two is the whole difference between the bundle and Tracksies HQ on its own.

Packsie puts a dashboard on the front of your own site. Your staff work from that page: the packing queue, returns, shipment tracking. They don’t need access to WordPress admin, so they never land in your plugins or your settings. How the staff dashboard is set up.

Permissions are set by role, so you decide who sees returns, who can authorise a refund, and who only packs.

Refund authorisation is its own permission, separate from handling the return. A packer can accept a return and move it along without being able to put money back on a card.

Yes. There’s a PIN gate for shared devices, so a tablet left on the bench doesn’t leave someone’s session open for whoever picks it up next.

Tracksies HQ records which staff member packed each order. Packsie adds an audit log of the things you’d want a record of: refunds, approvals, PIN changes, and who looked at a customer’s profile.

Packsie stops with it. It checks for HQ on load and won’t start without it, so the staff dashboard goes too. Nothing is deleted: your Packer and Manager roles, your permission settings, the audit log and the dashboard page all stay where they are.

Probably not. Packsie exists so that people who aren’t you can pack orders, and if you pack everything yourself, Tracksies HQ on its own does the job. The packing queue is already in there.

Yes. Everything in the suite shares one Designer, so your colours, fonts and logo carry across all of it. Squizzie for reports, Helpie for customer questions, Perkie for loyalty, Trustie Pro for reviews and Fetchie for search, all under the same Tracksies menu.

It’s one of the better cases for it. Your client’s staff get a dashboard that never shows them WordPress admin, so there are fewer logins for you to manage and fewer things anyone can break by wandering into the wrong screen.

The size you choose applies to both plugins. Solo covers 2 sites, Studio 5 and Agency 20, for Tracksies HQ and for Packsie alike. You get two licence keys, one for each plugin, and two yearly subscriptions that renew separately.
